Tarlington House
An elevated house in the Gold Coat hinterland utilising a full steel skeleton frame to provide a cantilevered location. The steep site overlooking the Numinbah valley, Hinze dam and the Gold Coast skyline was the inspiration for the design approach. By maximising the exposure and view the residence provides an unparalled sense of refuge integrated with lush tropical courtyards and rainforest context.
